August is here and it is HOT! Now is a great time to cool off inside with your favorite Summer movies and as the new school year approaches, those teen movies you grew up with. I’ve highlighting some movies in that style by adding trailers among the listings this month.

In last month’s First Watch challenge, I watched the original Swamp Thing. I had a fun time watching it and you can read my review on The Retro Network. I also watched a few more ‘80s movies I has never seen like The Return of Swamp Thing, Raw Deal, and Real Men. The movie I’m choosing this month is…

..The Woman in Red (1984) starring Gene Wilder, Kelly LeBrock, Charles Grodin, and Gilda Radner. I’ve seen most of Wilder’s films (love the ones with Richard Pryor) but this one has managed to escape me. It’s on the Freevee channel this month and I’ll be doing a full review on TRN.
