June is here and it’s time to look at the 1980s movies and shows that are new-to-stream on the free channels: Tubi, Freevee, and The Roku Channel.
D.A.R.Y.L. put me to sleep in last month’s First Watch challenge. I ended up rating it 2/5 stars on Letterboxd. For June, I found a movie on The Roku Channel titled Last Plane Out. What caught my eye is star Jan Michael Vincent who played Stringfellow Hawke on the Airwolf TV series. I don’t remember seeing him in any other films or TV shows and Last Plane Out predates Airwolf by a year. Some pretty good titles this month. To my surprise, Pluto TV added no new ‘80s titles. So this month, we’ll take a look at the titles on Freevee. Happy Streaming!
